Message and the friction zone is a little narrower than the RPS, but it is nothing like the MAX series. They are sprung hub discs and I have not heard and chatter from it. I REALLY like the feel of the pedal - very light.. Very much like kicking my truck's 2.2L clutch around. =)

The only drawback to these clutches is the up-front costs and the difficulty in finding a rebuild kit for them. I'm still waiting to hear back from some people about the kits and it is looking like it will be an international order. :-/
